Yessica spent over 15 years in the event planning industry, orchestrating everything from corporate events and fundraisers to weddings and special occasions. She started at the Chicago History Museum, moved on to ESPN Chicago where she worked with famous sports players, and eventually became the event director for a hospitality group, collaborating closely with Millennium Park. But after 15 years, several meltdowns, and total burnout from the corporate grind, Yessica found herself searching for something more.

Desperate for a solution, she turned to plant medicine, which became a pivotal part of her healing journey. During a profound spiritual awakening with Ayahuasca, Yessica quit her corporate job with no plan, no income, but one powerful mission: to create conscious events that offer sacred spaces for women. After months of deep self-discovery, High Life Events was born.
